Amazing little spot for the nostalgic 80s kid! Purple Rain and Hawaii Five 0 drinks were very good! Had the uncle buck and bacon cheese burger.
The atmosphere is super cool when you walk in. A ton of nostalgic decor items to look at. The food was very good. Fresh and hot. I loved their fries, sweet potato waffle fries, and my kids said that the onion rings were very good. Most of had various burgers, and two kids each tried one of their options for chicken tenders and liked it. Pricing is pretty fair for what I expected. The only disappointment was the price for the "museum" area, and we wanted to go to the gift shop, but apparently that's part of the museum and you have to pay. I believe the prices ranged from 15-19. Would have made 100 of me in merch at the gift store if the museum was free. Didn't seem like anyone was in there.
We were looking for some lunch and found the New Wave Cafe. Staff (server) was really nice and checked on us all the time. I wish I got her name. The burgers and pizza hit the spot!! No complaints from us. Great vibe. I believe my 6yo and I loved it more than my wife and 10yo. See, my 6yo is a huge 80's fan and loved all the 80's swag. He and I also loved the 80's music videos.
This place was so good and was so cool! We only got to ate but will definitely be back to explore the rest. The blade runner, uncle buck, and lethal weapon burger are FANTASTIC! great prices, great food, and a whole lotta fun!
The food, service, and atmosphere were all top tier! Very cool vibes and our server was very very nice and food was ready pretty quick! The atmosphere was super cool, with a grungy 80s theme! We’ll definitely be back next time we come to Branson!
My wife and I were returning from spending the day at SDC and found this little place through a search with Google maps. 80s themed decor and titles for their menu items. We had the Mario mushrooms, The Indiana sandwich, and the Honey I Shrunk The Sandwiches. Burgers had great flavor to them, mushrooms were perfectly battered, and the turkey club on a pretzel bun was to die for. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in the area!
What a fun throwback to the 80s and the food was delicious too! Our server Jere, was super friendly and attentive. Prices were on par with Branson dining, and all the menu items have fun names. We got a variety of food- including Culture club sandwich, loaded fries, Kids Scooby snack meals and all of it was great! After we ate we looked around where they have other activities (escape room, haunted house etc) you can to do. We just took in all the pop culture which was free to look about!
One of the kind 80s Theme Restaurant, small but cozy playing hair bands music from the 80s, I really enjoyed eat my Top Gun Hamburger , Delicious They deserved great reviews for bring 80s and good food.
